腹腔镜诊断和治疗腹部闭合性损伤

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜诊断和治疗腹部闭合性损伤的临床效果。方法回顾性总结和分析腹腔镜诊断和治疗腹部闭合性损伤126例的临床资料。结果经腹腔镜探查的126例全部明确诊断,101例(80.2%)同时进行治疗,无并发症发生,平均住院(5.5±1.5)d;25例(19.8%)中转开腹手术,2例(8.0%)出现伤口脂肪液化、切口感染等并发症,平均住院(11.5±2.5)d。结论腹腔镜诊断和治疗腹部闭合性损伤具有创伤小、安全可靠、确诊率高、缩短病人住院时间等优点,并能有效降低阴性剖腹探查率,适用于大部分腹部闭合性损伤的病例。Objective To study the clinical effect of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of the blunt abdominal trauma. Methods The clinical data of 126 cases were analyzed and reviewed retrospectively. Results All patients were diagnosed correctly under laparoscopy. Among the 126 patients, 101 cases（80.2% ） were treated at the same time,no complication occurred,the average hospital time was（5.5 ± 1.5）d. 25 cases（ 19.8% ） were conversed to open operatiions ,2 cases （8.0%） emergenced the complications of wound fat liquefaction and cut infection, the average hospital time was （ 11.5 ± 2.5 ） d. Conelusion The diagnosis and treatment of abdominal truma with laparoscopy is quite safe and feasible in diagnosis,the injury is minimum. The aimless observation and nunecessary open laparoscopy could be avoided.
