摘 要:应用大型有限体积法软件Fluent6.2分别对空载和加载情况下淬火槽内介质流速场进行模拟计算。模拟结果显示,由于淬火槽内搅拌和均流系统的作用,空载时在中部和上部形成了大片的"有效淬火区,"而在槽体底部则形成中心介质流速低、周边流速高的流场分布。加载后淬火槽内介质流场的变化显著,根据零件形状和夹具形式形成了完全不同的流场分布。因此,淬火槽均流装置要依据不同工件和夹具进行有差别的设计,而不能只考虑空载时槽内介质流速的均匀度。The quenchant flow field in the quenching tank without or with loading was simulated using the Fluent6.2-a good commercial software. The simulation results show that the quenchant flow velocity in the middle of the matrix is very slow, without loading, the "effective quenching zone" is formed in the middle and top of the tank due to agitation and flow-equalizing system, and the flow field distribution of low flow velocity in centre and high flow velocity in edge is formed at the bottom of the tank. The distribution of quenchant flow field after loading has great changes, according to the shape of parts and form of clamp. Therefore, the flow-equalizing equipment of the tank was designed based on different parts and clamp, but not only considering the uniformity of flow field in the tank without loading.
