摘　　要：本文从充分发挥我国新疆阿勒泰地区的资源、地缘及矿业经济、技术优势的角度出发,抓住机遇,促进区域矿业经济全面、协调、快速和可持续发展,深入分析论述了蒙古国及其与阿勒泰地区相邻的巴彦、科布多两省的经济社会发展概况、矿产资源赋存分布及勘查开发利用情况、矿业投资环境和中资企业投资蒙古国及其西部两省矿业的情况,指出了投资蒙古国及巴彦、科布多两省矿业的有利和不利因素,有针对性地提出7条切实可行的加强矿业合作与交流的对策措施建议。Form the aspects of the resources, geographic position and mining industry economy, technical predominance, holds the opportunity, and promotes the region mining industry economy comprehensive, coordinated, continued development of Xinjiang Altay. The paper analyze the situation of Bayan and Kobdo provinces, Mongolia neighboring with Altay area of China, which include the development existing condi- tion of economic societies, the distribution characteristics and exploitation condition of mineral resource, the investment environment of mining industry and the Chinese-invested enterprise invests mining industry situation in Mongolia and the western two provinces of. Through analysis the paper point out the advantageous and the disadvantage factors of invest Bayan and Kobdo provinces mining industry, seven practical and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to strengthen the mining industry eooperation.
