摘　　要：CD2相关蛋白(CD2 associated protein,CD2AP)是新近发现的足细胞裂孔隔膜(slit diaphragm,SD)分子。近年来的研究发现,CD2AP在足细胞内与多种结构蛋白相互作用,参与了足细胞多种重要的生理过程,并在蛋白尿的发生、发展中发挥着重要作用。文章综述了CD2AP的分子结构及其在肾脏足细胞中的表达分布,深入探讨CD2AP的生理功能及作用机制。CD2 associated protein （CD2AP） is a newly found component of slit diaphragm （SD） . It becomes clear that in podocytes CD2AP interacts with several membrane proteins and cytoplasmic proteins through its different functional domains. Accumulating results suggest that CD2AP plays an essential role in development and progression of proteinuria. In this review, the CD2AP expression profile, molecular structure, versatile functions and its main mechanism in podocytes will be elucidated.
