摘　　要：目的:探讨非手术治疗创伤性脾破裂的指征及可行性。方法:对28例创伤性脾破裂临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:非手术治疗28例成功26例,成功率92.9%。结论:只要严格掌握非手术治疗的指征,创伤性脾破裂的非手术治疗也是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective： To study the indications and feasibility of traumatic spleen rupture by conservative treatment. Methods：The data of 28 patients with traumatic spleen rupture were retrospectively analyzed. Resuits：28 cases were taken conservative treatment,26 cases were cured,the cure rate was 92.9%. Conclusions： If the indications of conservative treatment were mastered strictly, traumatic spleen rupture by conservative treatment is a safe effective method also.
