摘 要:介绍了加氢处理润滑油基础油的组成及其与光稳定性的关系,初步探讨了加氢处理润滑油基础油中部分加氢多环芳烃的存在可能是造成其光安定性差的主要原因。用日光照射法来考察二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、受阻胺类光稳定剂以及几种抗氧剂对加氢处理润滑油基础油光安定性的影响。将不同类型的光稳定剂和抗氧剂进行复合,得到的复合稳定剂不仅显著地改善了加氢处理润滑油基础油的光稳定性,同时也使其热稳定性得到了提升。The relation between the composition and the light stability of hydro - treating lube base oil was described. It was found that some polycyclic aromatics which were hydrogenated partially were responsible for light stability. The effects of benzophenone, benzotriazole, hindered amine light stabilizers and several antioxidants on the light stability of hydro - treating lube base oil were studied by the sunlight radiation method. The composite stabilizers synthesized by above light stabilizers and antioxidants exhibited exceptional stability to heat and light for hydro - treating lube base oil.
