摘　　要：根据舰船齿轮类型和使用环境特点,采用加氢油、中性油和酯类合成油复合作为基础油,以低气味硫磷型极压抗磨剂复合作为主添加剂,配以其他功能剂,研制了具有优良极压抗磨性、氧化安定性、抗乳化性和低温性的舰船重负荷齿轮油。该油品性能达到L-CKD220重负荷工业齿轮油规范要求,并且综合性能优于进口油,使用温度范围广,适合舰船辅助齿轮箱装置使用。According to the vessel gear type and the working environment characteristics, taking the complex of hydrotreated oil, solvent refining oil and ester synthetic oil as base oil, adding the low odor S - P complex additive and other function additives, a kind of naval vessel heavy - duty gear oil is developed. The developed oil has excellent capabilities of EP/AW, oxidation stability, antirust ＆ anticorrosion, emulsion resistance and low temperature fluidity. It not only meets the specifications of L - CKD220 heavy - duty industrial gear oils but also exceeds the performances of imported products, with wide temperature range for the naval vessel gear case.
