GL-5重负荷车辆齿轮油换油周期研究

摘　　要：GL-5重负荷车辆齿轮油目前仍是中国市场车辆用齿轮油的主要产品。目前对于GL-5重负荷车辆齿轮油,在国内没有统一适用的换油周期。文章通过对20辆载重车和16辆乘坐车进行为期2年的3000000 km行车试验,采用油液监控特征信息采集,聚类统计分析等研究方法,确定了GL-5重负荷车辆齿轮油的换油周期为100000 km。同时,研究得出,粘度级别与车辆齿轮油的使用寿命关联性不大;油品分别应用在载重车与乘坐车上时,油品的使用寿命没有质的区别。At present, GL - 5 heavy - duty automobile gear oils are still the main products in China market. For GL - 5 heavy - duty automobile gear oil, there has no consistent drain interval in China. In this paper, three GL - 5 gear oils, including 75W/90, 80W/90 and 85W/90 viscosity classes, were evaluated in the transmission systems of 20 trucks and 16 cars in a 3000,000 km field test over 2 years. The drain intervals of three GL - 5 gear lubricants were determined by means of monitor data trend analysis and cluster statistical analysis etc. The results indicated that the drain interval of GL - 5 automobile gear oil in China is extended as 100,000 km; And also viscosity class has no relationship with the oil service life and there has no qualitative difference for oil life when the GL- 5 heavy - duty automobile gear oil is used in cars or trucks.
