摘  要:[目的]探讨Sp110基因5’-UTR rs11679983位点单核苷酸多态性对重庆籍汉族人群肺结核易感性的影响。[方法]采用病例-对照研究,选择100名初治涂阳肺结核患者和106名非结核病对照,运用ASA-PCR技术检测研究对象的基因型,比较Sp110基因5’-UTR rs11679983位点基因型频率及等位基因频率分布。[结果]Sp110基因5’-UTR rs11679983位点A/A、A/G、G/G基因型频率在病例组分别为21.00%、56.00%、23.00%;对照组分别为41.51%、54.72%、3.77%,两组间基因型分布差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.11,P﹤0.001)。Logistic回归分析显示rs11679983A/G与肺结核相关(OR=2.84,95%CI:1.76~4.59,P﹤0.001)。[结论]Sp110基因rs11679983位点基因多态与肺结核易感性相关。[Objective] To explore the effect of the SpllO gene 5'-UTR rs11679983 mononucleotide polymorphism on the susceptibility to pulmanary tuberculosis among han people of Chongqing. [Methods] By case-control study, 100 patients with TB who diagnosed by smear and 106 controls were collected. Allele-specific Amplification PCR (ASA-PCR) was performed to identify the polymorphisms of rs11679983 and compared their frequencies distribution of genotype and allelie genotypes. [ Results] The frequencies of genotype for rs11679983 of A/A, A/G and G/G genotypic frequencies were 21.00%, 56.00% and 23.00%, respectively, while in control they were 41.51%, 54.72% and 3,77%, respectively. The distribution of genotypes had found significandy difference between cases and controls (X^2 = 18.11, P 〈 0.001 ). The logistic regression analysis showed that rsl1679983A/G polymorphisms had significantly association with TB (OR = 2.84, 95%CI: 1.76-4.59, P 〈 0.001 ). [ Conclusion] The polymorphisms of rs11679983 of Sp110 gene have significantly association with the susceptibility to TB.
