摘 要:[目的]了解南充、眉山两地留守儿童心理健康状况及其特点,为有针对性地开展留守儿童心理健康教育提供参考。[方法]采用心理健康诊断测验(MHT)对南充和眉山两个镇中心小学3~5年级学生进行调查,留守儿童填写自编的一般情况调查表。[结果]留守儿童中,总焦虑倾向检出率为6.21%。留守儿童在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向、总焦虑倾向上的检出率高于非留守儿童。留守女生在对人焦虑、自责倾向、恐怖倾向、总焦虑倾向上的检出率高于留守男生。高学年留守儿童的对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向、总焦虑倾向的检出率高于低学年儿童。与父母保持联系的留守儿童的孤独倾向和身体症状的检出率高于不与父母联系的留守儿童。[结论]留守儿童心理健康状况不容乐观,必须重视留守儿童的心理健康教育。[Objective] To learn about the status of mental health of the Left-behind Children in Nanchong and Meishan of Siehuan, and to provide reference for related mental health education. [Methods] Mental Health Test (MHT) was carried out among the pupils in grade 3-5 from 2 primary schools in Nanchong and Meishan. Serf-designed questionnaire was used among Left-behind Children. [ Results] Among the Left-behind Children, the prevalence rate of total anxiety tendency was 6.21%. The prevalence rates of Left-behind Children were higher than those of non-Left-behind Children on learning anxiety, anxiety to people, loneliness tendency, supersensitivity tendency, body symptom, terror tendency, impulsion tendency and total anxiety tendency. The prevalence rates of left-behind female students were higher than those of left-behind male students on anxiety to people, self-blaming tendency, terror tendency and total anxiety tendency. Among the Left-behind Children, the prevalence rates of higher-grade studetlts were higher than those of lower-grade students on anxiety to people, loneliness ten- dency, supersensitivity tendency, body symptom, terror tendency, impulsion tendency and total anxiety tendency. The preva- lence rates of Left-behind Children keeping in touch with their parents were higher than those of Left-behind Children not keeping in touch with their parents on lonehness tendency and body symptom. [ Conclusion ] Mental health is not optimistic among Left-behind Children, which call for more attention to the mental health education of Left-behind Children.
