高温、饥饿和低氧环境对心肌缺血家兔血压和左心室内压的影响

摘  要:[目的]观察多因素环境变化对心肌缺血家兔血压和在体左心室内压的影响。[方法]家兔90只,随机分为单纯心肌缺血组,心肌缺血低氧高温组,心肌缺血低氧组,心肌缺血饥饿组,心肌缺血低氧高温饥饿组,单纯饥饿组,单纯低氧组,单纯高温组和正常对照组,每组10只。心肌缺血按心肌缺血方法进行。把各组分别放入相应的环境中,时间为30min。实验结束后立即测定各组在体血压和左心室内压变化并与对照组进行比较。[结果]多因素的环境变化对心肌缺血家兔的血压和左心室内压都有不同程度的影响,尤其是心肌缺血低氧高温饥饿组以降低较为明显(P﹤0.05)。[结论]多因素的环境变化可使心肌缺血家兔的血压和左心室内压均发生改变,应引起注意。[Objective] To observe the effect of changes of multiple factors environment on the blood pressure of left ventricle pressure of the rabbit with myocardial ischemia. [Methods] 90 rabbits were randomly divided into 9 groups including myocardial ischemia group, myocardial ischemia plus hypoxia plus high temperature group, myocardial ischemia plus hypoxia group, myocardial ischemia plus hunger group, myocardial ischemia plus hypoxia plus high temperature plus hunger group, hunger group, hypoxia group, high temperature group and control group. Each group contained ten rabbits. Myocardial ischemia group were treated to be the myocardial ischemia as well as other groups were treated with their corresponding methods for 30 minutes. After the experiment, the changes of blood pressure and ventricular pressure of all the groups were detected and eom' pared with the control group. [ Results ] The changes of multiple factors environment had impact on the blood pressure and left ventricular pressure of rabbits with myocardial ischemia, especially obvious decrease was observed in myocardial isehemia plus hypoxia plus high temperature plus hunger group (P 〈 0.05 ). [Conclusion] The changes of multiple factors environment could change the blood pressure and left ventricular pressure of rabbits with myocardial ischemia, which should be paid great attention to.
