摘  要:以双环戊二烯(DCPD)为改性剂,合成气干性不饱和聚酯树脂。研究了总酸总醇配比、癸二酸用量、二甘醇与三甘醇配比对改性不饱和聚酯性能的影响,确定了表干时间短、柔韧性好、机械性能优良的不饱和聚酯树脂配方。以此树脂为基材,制得了各项性能均符合日本标准的腻子。The air-drying unsaturated polyester resins modified by dicyclopentadiene was prepared. The effects of the ratio of total acid to total alcohol, the content of sebacic acid and the ratio of diglycol to triethylene glycol on the properties of unsaturated polyester resin were studied. The recipe of unsaturated polyester with short air-drying time, good toughness and mechanical properties was determined. The performance of putty based on the resin such as polish, softness, attachment to metal have met the standards of Japanese putty.
