摘  要:目的研究通心络超微粉对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马一氧化氮(NO)产生的影响。方法大鼠脑缺血采用四血管阻断法,选择性NO测定电极检测NO的浓度。实验分为生理盐水组(n=8)和通心络组(n=5)。结果通心络超微粉没有影响大鼠的血压和海马的血流量,显著地减少了缺血再灌流时海马内NO的产生,与对照组之间差异有显著性(<0.01)。结论通心络超微粉可能通过抑制NO的产生NO而起到神经保护作用。Objective To investigated the effects of Tongxinluo ultramicro-pulverization on nitric oxide(NO) concentration in rat hippocampus after transient forebrain ischemia. Methods The model of forebrain ischemia was made by 4-vessel occlusion for 10min. NO concentration was measured directly by an NO-selective electrode method. Saline and Tongxinluo ultramicro-pulverization was administered intraperitoneally 20 rain before the onset of ischemia. Results Tongxinluo ultramicro-pulverization did not affect the hippocampal blood flow and mean arterial blood pressure (MABP), compared with the saline group. Tongxinluo ultramicro-pulverization significantly reduced the NO production during post-ischemic early reperfusion (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Tongxinluo ultramicro-pulverization has protective effect on hippocampal neurons against cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury may be by reducing the content of NO in hippocampus of rat.
