摘　　要：KDN-1500/120Y型制氮设备停车检修后重新开车时,没有对分子筛进行加温再生而使用了工作时间较长且停运达48小时的分子筛吸附器,使水分进入空分塔造成冻塔故障。介绍故障发生的经过、现象和应对措施。While restarting the KDN-1500/120Y nitrogen plant after its shutdown maintenance, the air separation column was frozen due to the water intrusion. The reasons include that the molecular sieve in molecular sieve purification system has been in operation for long time without being heated for regeneration and that the shutdown time lasted for 48 hours. The introduction of the process and phenomenon of the fault and a presentation of countermeasures.
