摘　　要：介绍了25000m3/h空分设备制氩系统V757阀关闭不严的故障及危害,分析冷态下更换空分设备冷箱阀体的危险性,阐述冷态下更换阀体的方案、实施过程和注意事项。The fault and harm of unreliable closing of V757 valve in 25000m^3/h air separation unit argonproducing system are introduced. After the risk in replacing cold box valve in air separation unit under cold state is analyzed, the scheme, operation and noticeable points of replacing .valve on the condition of cold state are presented.
