摘　　要：分析2007年以来国家对房地产市场的宏观调控政策,探讨了此次调控的背景及对2008年房地产市场的影响,认为2008年重庆市永川区的楼市购房需求将与2007年基本持平或略有下降.The article analyzed macroeconomic regulation and control policy on the real estate market since 2007, discussed the background of this regulation and the effects on the property market in 2008. The article believes that the demand for house purchase in Yongchuan will be basically as same as 2007 or declined slightly.
