浓百合剂对慢性支气管炎大鼠肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子和内皮素含量的影响

摘  要:目的探讨浓百合剂对实验性慢性支气管炎治疗作用的内在机制。方法采用改良烟熏法复制大鼠慢性支气管炎模型,实验分组为模型组,浓百合剂高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组、地塞米松组,并设不加处理的正常组。造模各组以高、中、低剂量浓百合剂、地塞米松、生理盐水进行干预,测定各组大鼠肺组织中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和内皮素(ET)的含量。结果模型组大鼠肺组织中TNF和ET的含量均较正常组明显升高(P<0.01)。与模型组相比较,治疗各组肺组织中TNF和ET含量均明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论TNF和ET在慢性支气管炎的病理生理过程中起着重要作用,浓百合剂通过降低TNF和ET含量,控制炎症反应。Objective To investigate the mechanism in treating chronic bronchitis of Nongbai Mixture. Methods Duplicated the animal model of chronic bronchitis with refined smoking-fumigated method, the rats were randomly divided into model group, low dose group, middle dose group, high dose group, dexamethasone group and normal control group that wasn't treated. Made intervention with high, middle and low dose Nongbai Mixture as well as dexamethasone and 0.9 % NS, determined the contents of TNF and ET in the lung tissue. Results The contents of TNF and ET in the lung tissue of the model group were significantly improved than that of the normal group (P〈0.01). Compared with the model group, the contents of TNF and ET in the lung tissue of each treating group were significantly reduced (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusion Nongbai Mixture can control chronic inflammatory reaction by reducing the contents of TNF and ET.
