摘　　要：从大坝安全、水库效益和水库生态效应的角度对水库健康效应进行探讨,提出水库健康效应的概念,分析水库健康评价的意义、特征以及影响水库健康状况的因素。初步建立了水库健康评价的结构指标体系和评价方法,提出了水库健康综合指数的概念和计算方法,并利用水库健康综合指数对水库健康状况进行评价。On the basis of a discussion on dam safety and the benefits and ecological effects of reservoirs, a concept of reservoir health is proposed, The significance of reservoir health evaluation as well as its influencing indexes is analyzed. Then, a preliminary evaluation approach and its index system are established. Finally, the calculation methods for the evaluation index are also put forward.
