影响医疗卫生事业可持续发展能力的主观原因及因素分析

摘　　要：医疗卫生事业的可持续发展是可持续发展战略的重要组成部分,而影响医疗卫生事业可持续发展能力的主观原因和因素是多方面的。在主观原因方面,应重视资源占有和分配的公平性、社会经济发展与医药卫生投入的协调性、公众参与自身健康发展决策的积极性,以及居民对医疗卫生服务的满意度。同时,还应重视影响医疗卫生事业可持续发展能力的一些重要因素,诸如:不可预知的风险、固有的深层次矛盾、城乡之间的差别和生态环境的破坏以及环境污染等。The sustainable development of medical and health enterprise is an important constituent of sustainable development strategy, whereas, there are various subjective reasons and factors which affect the sustainable development ability of medical and health enterprise. In subjective reasons aspect, it should be paid attention to fairness of resource possess and distribution, coordination between social economy development and medical and health investment, public activity on participating in making their healthy development decision and the inhabitants＇ satisfaction on medical and health service. Meantime, some significant factors which influence sustainable development ability of medical and health enterprise should not be ignored, such as： unpredictable risk, inherent deep confliction, difference between town and country, entlronment destruction and environment pollution, etc.
