摘　　要：通过综述研究世界主要发达国家的大型医用设备管理体制,并进行比较研究,提出建议,为我国大型医用设备管理工作提供借鉴。由于资料收集和时间方面的困难,课题资料及数据来源以发达国家为主。由于大部分涉及高技术医疗设备的研究是关于CT和MRI的,所以,文章的数据主要来源于各国、各地区对CT和MRI的研究。The purpose of this study is to raise suggestions for high technology medical device management in our country, through literature review which concerning about advanced countries management system in high technology medical device. As most of the literature focused on CT and MRI, the data quoted by this article are based on the CT and MRI research of different countries.
