季节对超数排卵兔卵母细胞数量及质量的影响

摘　　要：用孕马血清促性腺激素PMSG配合人绒毛膜促性腺激素hCG处理中国白兔,对4个季节超排兔卵母细胞的数量和孤雌胚胎以及卵胞浆内精子注射(ICSI)胚胎的体外发育能力进行了评定。结果表明,春季成熟卵母细胞的获得数量显著高于冬季(P<0.05),而其他季节之间差异不显著(P>0.05);两种卵子(孤雌激活和ICSI)的卵裂率不受季节影响(P>0.05),但夏季两种胚胎的囊胚形成能力显著低于其他3个季节(P<0.05)。所以,季节既影响超数排卵兔的卵母细胞数,也影响卵母细胞的质量。The objective of this study was to test effects of season on number and quality of oocytes derived from superovulated rabbits. The China white rabbit were superovulated with PMSG companied by hCG. The oocyte number and in vitro developmental ability of oocytes parthenogenetic embryo and ICSI were evaluated in four seasons. These results indicated that the mature oocyte number was higher in spring than that in winter （P〈0.05）, and there were no differences among other seasons （P〉0.05）. The cleavage rate of two kinds oocyes （parthenogenetic activated and ICSI） was not affected by season; but the competence of blastocyst formation was lower in summer than that in any of other three seasons （P〈0.05）. In conclusion, season affected both quantity and quality of superovulated rabbit＇s oocytes.
