摘　　要：随着多年采 Internet 的飞速发展和普及应用,作为其核心技术的 IP 协议体系在数据网络架构中的统治地位以得到了广泛认同。同时,基于 IP 技术上各种应用的提出,尤其是 VoIP 技术的提出,使电话网向数据网的融合成为必然趋势。因此,实现实时、清晰、可靠的话音传输成为对 VoIP 系统的必然要求。论文通过对 VoIP 语音质量影响因素的全面分析,并介绍几种设计方案,为各种 VoIP 语音系统设计提供参考。The Internet has been making unprecedented progress and widely applied in recent years. The IP protocol system as a core technology has been extensively accepted in the data network, At the same time, with various technologies put forward, particularly VoIP, the convergence of traditional voice network with data network becomes a trend, Thus, it＇s necessary to transmit real time, clear and reliable voice with IP data network. Based on an all-sided analysis of voice quality, this paper proposes some design methods, which can be used in the design of VoIP system.
