摘　　要：研究了以正己烷-异丙醇为流动相,在直链淀粉-三(3,5-二甲基氨基甲酸酯)(Chiralpak AD-H)手性柱中,对有机磷农药O,O-二甲基-1-(3-三氟甲基苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯外消旋体进行了拆分,考察了流动相组成、柱温等对O,O-二甲基-1-(3-三氟甲基苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯对映体的保留和分离的影响;对O,O-二甲基-1-(3-三氟甲基苯氧乙酰氧基)乙基膦酸酯R、S对映体与固定相之间的保留和分离的热力学机理进行了讨论。Chiral separation of O,O-dimethyl-1-（3-trifluoromrthylphenoxyacetoxy） ethylphosphonate enantiomers by high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） has been studied. The effect of chromatographic conditions such as stationary phases, flow rate, alcohols modifier in the mobile phases, added amounts Of isopropanol in the mobile phases, column temperature to recognition of the O,O-dimethyl-1-（3-trifluoromrthylphenoxyacetoxy） ethylphosphonate using chiral high-performance liquid chromatography were considered, the thermodynamical mechanism of enantioseparation have also been preliminary discussed.
