视网膜脱离复位术后俯卧位器具使用的观察

摘　　要：目的:解决视网膜脱离术后俯卧位给患者带来的不适。方法:改进俯卧位器具,将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,分别使用改良器具和传统器具,对两组患者进行舒适度和肘关节皮肤情况的统计学分析。结果:试验组患者主诉舒适度明显提高,83%的患者肘关节皮肤完好,与对照组均有统计学差异。结论:恰当的俯卧位器具能够减轻患者术后俯卧位所带来的不适,提高手术成功率。Objective： To solve indisposed of patients who were operated ablation retinue operation. Methods： Tool of prone position was improved sixty patients who were randomly divided into 30 cases in testing group and 30 cases in control group. The testing group used improved tools, the control group used usual tools. Two groups were analysis to degree .of comfort and skin of elbow joint. Results： The degree of comfort in testing group was righ obviously, the integrated rate of skin of elbow joint is 83%. There were significant difference between two groups. Conclusion： Appropriate tools can relieve discomfortable of prone position, it can improve achievement ratio of operation.
