摘  要:目的:探讨黄芩茎叶总黄酮(SSTF)预处理对脑缺血再灌注大鼠海马微血管构筑的影响。方法:SSTF预处理实验大鼠,制备缺血再灌注模型,光镜观察海马微血管形态及数量的变化并进行定量分析。结果:缺血再灌注组(IR组)大鼠海马微血管缺失,部分微血管闭塞。SSTF预处理组大鼠海马微血管数量较IR组大鼠增多(P<0.01),闭塞血管数量减少,微血管密度(MVD)、微血管面积密度(MVA)明显高于IR组(P<0.01)。结论:SSTF预处理可能通过防止微血管因缺血闭塞,增强再灌注后微血管再通能力来保护海马组织。Objective:To observe the effects,of scutellaria baicalensis stem-leaf tatal flavonoid (SSTF) pretreatment on microvascular architecture of hippocampus of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion rats.Methods: The rats were pretreated with SSTF,then the ischemia and reperfusion (IR) rats model were established.The morphology and amount of microvessels of hippocampus were observed under light microscope and quantitatively analyzed.Results:In IR rats hippocampus,the microvessels missed and part of the microvessels blocked. The amount of microvessels in SSTF pretreatment rats hippocampus obviously increased compared with IR rats (P 〈 0.01);The blocking microvessels decreased, MVD and MVA increased obviously compared with IR rats (P 〈 0.01).Conclusions:SSTF pretreatment can protect hippocampus by preventing microvessels blocking induced by missing and strengthening the perfusing ability after reperfusion.
