新昌江长诏水库可供环境水量探讨

摘  要:在分析新昌江流域的径流和各项用水的基础上,将环境用水优先于发电用水来考虑,通过优化调度长诏水库,在满足各项用水的前提下,调高新昌江枯水流量,最大限度地满足环境用水的需要,可以将80%典型年最低日平均流量从2.03 m3/s(1985年10月9日)提高到6.91 m3/s,提供水量6 677万m3,用于改善河道水环境。On the basis of analysis of runoff and water usage in the Xinchangjiang River Basin, and considering that environmental water usage takes priority over electric power generation water usage, the environmental water demand can be satisfied to a great extent by the optimal regulation of the Changzhao Reservoir and an increase of base nmoff in the river. 6.677 × 10^7 m^3 of water are available for improving the river aquatic environment when the minimum mean daily discharge of a typical year (1985) with a probability of rainfall of 80% is increased from 2.03 m^3/s (on Oct. 9, 1985) to 6.91 m^3/s.
