摘　　要：图书馆知识转移文化由价值观、规范、意义和符号、物质载体四个要素组成。在构建知识转移文化的价值观体系时,应首先确立知识转移的核心价值观,在此基础上,逐渐形成关联度强的价值观,通过实现这两类价值观,进而实现关联度弱的价值观。同时形成知识转移的意义体系,进行科学合理的符号表达和规范构建,并注重图书馆物质文化的建造。Library knowledge transfer culture has four facts： value, criterion,meaning and denotation, matter carrier. During the values system construction of knowledge transfer, the core value is established firstly. On the foundation, the strong and weak values are formed. At the same time the meaning system is shaped. And the reasonable expression of denotation is must be done. Finally the construction of library matter carrier is supposed to be put up.
