摘  要:利用一种新的简易的方法,实现了一种高精度连续可调的遮挡式光衰减器,它由光纤准直器、分路器、光电PIN管、控制电路、步进电机、挡光片组成。通过准直器对光的扩束和挡光片的精加工,保证了遮挡式光衰减器的可行性;光路反馈系统的控制,提高了衰减器的可靠性和精度。该技术容易实现,具有很大的使用价值和广泛的市场前景。In this article one new simple method was used to fulfill one kind of continuous adjustable optical attenuator with high accuracy, it is composed with an optical fiber collimator, an optical coupler, a PIN, a control circuit, a stepmotor, an obstruction. The feasibility had guaranteed by collimator and obstruction; the reliability and the precision of attenuator had been improved by the control system of path of optics feedback. As this technology was easy,it has the very big value and the widespread market.
