摘  要:北京工业大学体育馆比赛馆屋盖为目前世界上跨度最大的单层预应力弦支穹顶结构,最大跨度达93m,总用钢量不到1200t,相当于62kg/m2。热身馆屋盖为铸钢节点单层网壳结构。施工中通过采用球形节点三维空间测量控制技术、弦支穹顶结构从外向内逐圈安装技术、弦支穹顶结构预应力施工技术、直立锁边金属屋面工程施工技术、观众席座椅下送风空调系统等,确保了工程质量和工期,得到了世界羽联、北京奥组委等各方的高度评价,社会效益很好。本工程已获得北京市结构"长城杯"金奖。With maximum span of 93 m, the roof of competition course of the gymnasium is the largest-spanned prestressed string-supported dome structure over the world now, but its total steel consumption is less than 1,200t, equivalent to 60 kg/m^2 only, while the roof of its warm-up match course is a grid shell structure with cast steel nodes, Some technologies were adopted in the construction, including 3-dimensional survey and control of spherical nodes, centripetal installation of string-supported dome one circle by one circle, prestressing construction of string-supported dome structure, construction of zip metal roofing, air conditioning system under audience seats and etc. With high quality and short construction period, the project has obtained high praise from Badminton World Federation and BOCOG, reached good social effect and won golden prize of Beijing Municipal Structure "Great Wall Cup" .
