奥运村工程施工新技术综述

摘　　要：奥运村工程共有住宅42栋,赛时为运动员及随行官员提供住宿,赛后改造为永久性商业住宅小区。住宅楼屋顶设计采用了种植屋面、架空木塑条板屋面、架空石材屋面等多种形式,屋顶绿化技术达到国内先进水平。外檐综合施工中以挤塑板外贴饰面砖作法为主,采用三色砖饰面、自洁漆墙面、XRY外墙外保温装饰板、木塑条板等材料,使所有楼外立面整体风格相同,但每栋作法不同。施工中通过推广应用一系列达到国际先进水平和国内领先水平的新技术,取得了良好的社会经济效益,工程整体达到绿色建筑的国际先进水平。42 residential buildings at Olympic Village will provide accommodation for the players and officials during the Games period, and will be reconstructed into commercial residential area after the Games. The building roofs were designed into planting area, elevated wood-plastic strip board roof or elevated stone roof, with roof plantation reaching domestic advanced level. Tri-color tile, self-cleaning paint finish, XRY insulating decorative board and wood-plastic strip board were used in the exterior wall finish construction, which has made the building facades a consistent style though their construction methods are different. The application of international or domestic advanced technologies in the construction has achieved good social and economical benefits, enabling the project to reach international advanced level of green buildings entirely.
