摘　　要：目的掌握安阳市农村居民饮水砷状况以及是否存在地方性砷中毒。方法根据饮水型地方性砷中毒分布规律,在全市重点地区选择调查点进行饮水砷测定及砷中毒情况调查。结果全市5县(市)32个乡(镇)77个自然村采集测定水样1584份,水砷超标21份,超标率为1.33%,发现9个高砷水源村,在其中2个村发现6例饮水型地方性砷中毒病人。结论安阳市存在地方性砷中毒,没有其他环境污染,属于饮水型地方性砷中毒。Objective To determine the arsenic content of inhabitant＇s drinking water and whether there is endemic arsenic poisoning in Anyang. Methods To detect the arsenic concentration in drinking -water and survey the prevalence of arsenic poisoning in the focal areas in Anyang, according to the distributive pattern of drinking - water type endemic arsenic poisoning. Results Collect 1584 water samples in 77 villages of 32 towns belonging to 5 eotmtries in Anyang. There are 21 samples whose concentrations of water arsenic overprooof, with the rater 1. 33%, 9 villages whose water arsenic is high and 6 patients of drinking - water type endemic arsenic poisoning in 2 villages. Condusion There is drinking -water type endemic arsenic poisoning in Anyang, not other environmental pollutions, belonging to drinking -water type endemic arsonie poisoning.
