摘　　要：巴尔通体菌(Battonella)是一群广泛寄生于哺乳动物体内的革兰氏阴性,变形球杆菌(Pleomor- phic coccobacillus),已证实其中汉赛巴尔通体(Bartonella henselae)是猫抓病(Cat Scratch disease,CSD)的病原体。针对目前对巴尔通体菌和猫抓病的认识进行了阐述。Bartonella is a group of Gram -negative Pleomorphic coccobaeillus, widely parasitize in a diverse array of mammals. It has been proved that the Battonella henselae of Battonella is related to human Cat Scratch disease. Knowledge to Bartonella and Cat Scratch disease reported present were elaborated.
