22例肾上腺疾病CT诊断体会

摘　　要：目的探讨CT对肾上腺疾病的诊断价值。方法对22例肾上腺疾病的CT资料进行回顾性分析,在CT图像上观察病变的位置、形态、大小、密度及与周围结构的关系。结果5例肾上腺腺瘤,5例嗜铬细胞瘤,3例肾上腺皮质增生症,1例髓样脂肪瘤,5例肾上腺转移,3例肾上腺结核。结论CT对肾上腺疾病诊断具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the value of CT in the diagnosis of adrenal gland diseases. Methods Retrospetive analysize the date of CT about the twenty - two adrenal patients with pathology and biochemical analysis confirmed. The location , shape, size, density, relationship with surrounding structure were evaluated on CT image. Results 5 cases were adenomas, 5casos were pheochromocytoma , 3 cases were cortex hyperplasia , caase were adreal myelolipemas, 5cases were metastatic tumors, 3 cases were tuberculosis. Conclusion CT is valuable in diagnosis of adrenal diseases.
