摘  要:目的掌握南昌市蚊虫密度消长和种群构成。方法人工小时法和诱蚊灯法。结果共发现4属11种蚊种,库蚊属6种,按蚊属3种,伊蚊属1种,阿蚊属1种。优势种群为致倦库蚊。人工小时法,年平均密度为38.65只/h;诱蚊灯法,年平均密度为1.29只/h。人工小时法,全年蚊密度消长具有2个高峰期,其中以6月和11月为2个最高峰。诱蚊灯法,蚊虫全年密度消长呈单峰型变化,7月达最高峰。人工小时法,在不同的环境类型中均以致倦库蚊为主,3种不同的环境类型蚊密度没有显著性差异。诱蚊灯法,不同的环境类型蚊种构成比不尽相同,居民区、公园和医院是以致倦库蚊为优势种,农户和牲畜棚则以三带喙库蚊为主。在5种不同的环境类型中,牲畜棚的蚊密度最高,明显高于其他场所。人工小时法捕捉的蚊虫种类多于诱蚊灯法。结论南昌市地理环境和气候条件适宜多种蚊虫的生长,6、7月是蚊虫生长高峰,致倦库蚊是优势种群。Objective To study the growth and decay of mosquitoes density and the species forming in Nanchang city. Methods Man-attracting and lamp baited trap method. Results It showed that the mosquitoes found be-longed to 4 genera ll species, 6 species were of Culex,3 species were of Anopheles, 1 species was of Aedes and Armigeres respectively. The Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the predominant species. The average density of the mos-quitoes was 38.65 pieces per hour and 1. 29 pieces per hour for every yerar by man-attracting and lamp baited trap method respectively. There were two peaks of the density decay, June and November by the man-attracting method. The highest density was appeared in July by the lamp baited trap method. The Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the main species in the difference kinds of environment and there were no significant difference among three difference enviroments. The ratio of the species composition were different in different environment. The Culex pipiens quinquefas-ciatus was the predominant species in residuals, parks, hospitals. The Culex tritaeniorhynchus was the predominant species in the farmer house and livestock shed. The density of mosquitoes of livestock shed was the highest among the five kinds of environments. The kind of the species of the mosquitoes caught by the man-attracting method was more than caught by the lamp baited trap method. Conclusion The geographical environment and climatic condition of Nanchang were suitable for the growth of mosquitoes. The peaks of the density of mosquitoes were appeared in June and July. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was the predominant species in Nanchang.
