摘 要:双酚A型环氧树脂的增韧增强研究是热固性树脂的重要发展方向之一,利用一步法合成了脂肪族端羟基超支化聚合物(HTP-2),再利用“嫁接法”制备了液体型超支化环氧树脂HTPE-2,研究了HTPE-2/双酚A型环氧杂化树脂的力学性能和热学性能。利用红外光谱、扫描电镜、热分析和分子模拟技术讨论了超支化环氧树脂的结构、杂化树脂的性能和原位增韧增强机理。结果显示,杂化树脂的力学性能随超支化环氧树脂含量的增加先提高后下降,具有最大值;当HTPE-2的质量分数为9%~12%时,杂化树脂的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度和断裂韧性分别提高18.0%、35.7%、192.4%和39.6%,综合性能较好,但玻璃化转变温度(Tg)和热分解温度有所下降。Study of toughening and reinforcing of bisphenol-A epoxy resin (DGEBA) is an important developmen direction in thermosetting resin field. This paper reported the preparation of aliphatic hyperbranched polyester HTP-2 using one-pot method and the preparation of aliphatic hyperbranched epoxy resin HTPE-2 from the reaction of HTP-2 with epichlorohydrin (ECH) by engrafting process. FT-IR ,SEM, DSC ,TGA and molecular simulation technology were used to study the structure of HTPE-2, performance of the HTPE-2/DGEBA hybrid resin and situ toughening and reinforcing mechanism. The study of mechanical performance of HTPE-2/DGEBA hybrid resin showed that the content of HTPE-2 had important effect on the performance of the composite material, and the performance of the hybrid resin has a maximum with the increase of HTPE-2 content. The impact strength and fracture toughness of the hybrid resin with 9% - 12% by weight HTPE-2 are almost 2. 924 and 1. 396 times of DGEBA performance respectively, furthermore,the tensile and flexural strength can also be enhanced respectively by about 18.0% and 35.7%. The glass transition temperature and thermal degradation temperature, however, are found to decrease to some extent.
