摘  要:利用延展性较为优异的达到BOPP级的聚丙烯和消光剂共混制备消光母料,比较了不同消光剂用量的共混体系的消光性能的差异,并用差示扫描量热仪法对材料的结晶行为进行了研究。结果表明,PP的结晶温度随降温速率提高而降低。PP/PBT体系中PP结晶的Ozawa指数比纯PP的小,结晶速度常数lnK(T)与结晶温度高低的规律相一致,即结晶温度越高,lnK(T)值越大。PP with excellent ductility (BOPP) was mixed with matting agent to prepare matting masterbatch. The matting effects of the blends with different contents of matting agent were compared, and the the crystallization behavior of the material was studied by means of DSC. The results showed the crystallization temperature of BOPP decreased with the increase of the cooling rate. The crystallization Ozawa index of PP in PP/PBT blend was smaller than that of pure PP, crystallization rate constant lnK( T)conformed to the changing role of crystallization temperature, that was to say, the higher the temperature of crystallization, the greater the lnK( T)value was.
