摘　　要：环件冷辗扩是一种先进的环件制造技术。为了对冷辗扩过程和环件尺寸精度进行精密控制,建立了环件尺寸和体积在线测量新的数学模型,给出了基于体积在线测量的精整位置外径预测方法。研究有效提高了环件精度,并使冷辗扩机有精整位置自动预测功能。Ring rolling is an advanced technology of manufacturing ring. In order to control the process of the cold ring rolling and the dimensions of the ring precisely, a mathematical model for online measurement of the dimensions and the volume of the ring were built. A method was given to predict the position of the precision rolling according to the outer diameter of the ring based on the measurement of the volume. The study can improve the dimension precision of the ring effectively, and provide the cold ring rolling mill with the function of predicting the position of the precision rolling automatically.
