摘　　要：西方契约文化中蕴含的平等、独立、自由、人权、诚信等一系列人文精神,正符合现代法治的精神需求。我国当前正处于社会的转型期,在构建法治政府的实践中,应当融入契约理念,使之成为政府官员和民众的自觉意识。并在此基础上,实现政府和民众的双向良性互动,从而促进法治政府的建成。A series of humanistic concepts contained in the Western contract contract, such as equality, independence, freedom, human rights, integrity, are in line with the spirit needed in the modern law. Because China is currently in the transition, they should be integrated into the contract idea in our country and become the consciousness of Chinese officials and common people in building the government governed by law. And on this basis, we can achieve the two - way positive interaction between the government and people to promote the construction of the government governed by law.
