参松养心胶囊对收缩性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽的影响

摘　　要：目的评价参松养心胶囊在慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中的治疗效果及其对脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法CHF心功能II^IV级(NYHA)患者119例,检测BNP和心脏超声测定左心室射血分数(LVEF)及左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)后,随机分为对照组57例和治疗组62例,2组均予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加服参松养心胶囊,2组均治疗1个月后,重复检测BNP和LVEF、LVEDd。结果2组心功能疗效比较,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗前后LVEDd缩小和LVEF提高亦优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后BNP均有显著下降(P<0.01),治疗组下降较对照组显著(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊佐治CHF疗效肯定,可作为CHF的长期治疗药物之一。Objective To evaluate the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） in patients with congestive heart failure（CHF） and the therapeutic effect. Methods Totally 119 patients with CHF, which NYHA Ⅱ- Ⅳ, enrolled the study. All patients were divided into Shensongyangxin capsule treatment group（62 cases） and control group （57 cases）. The level of plasma BNP was evaluated, and left ventricular ejection function （LVEF） and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVEDd）was detected with cardiography. The indexes were reevaluated follow 1 month treatment. Resets Affter treatment, the totally therapeutic effect was better in treatment group than control group（ P 〈 0.05）. In treatment group, the LVEF increased obviously and the LVEDd decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05）. The level of plasma BNP decreased in both two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）, although the treatment group was more significant than control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion It demonstrated the positive effect of Shensongyangxin capsule on treatment of CHF. It suggested that Shensongyangxin capsule could be one of long-term therapeutic drug for CHF.
