摘  要:目的研究B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(Bcl-2)在子宫腺肌病远肌层内膜、子宫内膜—肌层界面(EMI)处和异位灶内膜中的表达情况。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法测定40例腺肌病子宫(增生期20例、分泌期20例)的远肌层内膜、EMI处和异位灶内膜中Bcl-2的表达。结果从增生早期至分泌早期,Bcl-2在EMI处腺上皮细胞的表达均呈阳性反应,增生中晚期Bcl-2表达最强,至分泌中晚期则表达基本消失。EMI处、异位灶腺上皮细胞的表达高于远肌层腺上皮(P<0.05),且增生期高于分泌期(P<0.05)。EMI处与异位灶的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异位灶腺上皮细胞Bcl-2的表达与EMI处的表达相似,均高于远肌层内膜。Objective To investigate the expression of B cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 (Bel-2) in uterine endometria (functional layer), the endometrial myometrial interfaee(EMI) and eetopie endoroetrium of adenomyosis. Methods The expression of Bcl-2 in functional laryer, EMI and eetopie endometrinm was detected by irnmunohistochemistry streptavidin biotin peroxidase(SP) in 40 samples of endometria( and myometrial) with adenomyosis (20 samples at proliferative phase,20 samples at secretory phase), Results It showed that the expression of Bcl-2 in EMI endo metrial glandular cells was positive at prollfertive through early secretory stage and peaked at the end of proliferative stage,but negative at late secretory stage. The expression in EMI and ectopie loci were higher than that of functional layer ( P 〈 0.05). The expression in EMI at proliferative stage was higher than that of secretory stage ( P 〈 0.05). The expression of Bel-2 in glandular cells showed no difference between EMI and eetopie loci ( P 〉 0.05) .Conclusion The expression of Bcl-2 in ectopie glandular cells was similar with that of EMI. It showed that eetopic glandular cells in adenomyosis probably originated from EMI.
