摘　　要：从快走丝线切割机床加工工艺特点出发,简述了断丝机理,分析了导致断丝的因素,并提出了相应的解决办法。This paper was started with the process characteristics of the machine tool machining of Rapid wire EDM, to discuss the mechanism of wire cut-off briefly, analyze the causes of wire broken, and propose the solution of wire cut-off.
