摘　　要：介绍了PLC在柴油机机体卧式三面组合镗床上的应用,分析了机床的结构及电气控制要求,阐述了控制系统的软、硬件设计。实践表明采用PLC组成的自动控制系统,完全满足机床加工工艺的要求。The application of PLC on horizontal 3-section modular boring machine tool of diesel engine was introduced, the structure of the machine tool and the electrical control requirement were analyzed, and the software and hardware design of the control system were described. It concludes from the application that the automatic control system with PLC can meet the requirement of the machine processing technology completely.
