昆明市居民健康状况评价指标体系建立及其应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究建立居民健康状况评价指标体系,以规范昆明市居民健康评价工作,为制定健康相关政策提供科学依据。方法通过文献研究和专家咨询,建立健康评价指标体系,并且在实践中不断修改和完善。结果昆明市居民健康评价指标体系包括死亡统计指标、疾病统计指标、儿童营养和生长发育指标、生命质量统计指标、健康知识及健康相关行为指标、卫生服务统计指标、卫生工作信息统计指标、医疗保障信息统计指标和社会经济指标等。结论昆明市居民健康状况评价指标体系初步形成,规范了昆明市居民健康评价工作,为制定健康相关策略和卫生政策、采取疾病预防控制措施提供了科学依据。OBJECTIVE To explore the evaluation indexes system about the resident＇s health situation in Kunming City. METHODS Us- ing reference scanning and specialist counsel, we established a series of evaluation indexes for resident＇s health situation, and then ap plied it on site. RESULTS The evaluation indexes for resident＇s health situation consists of 9 sorts of indexes, namely mortality statistics indexes, morbidity statistics indexes, nutritional and growth-developing indexes, life quality indexes, health knowledge and behaviors indexes, health service indexes, health work indexes, health security indexes and sociology and economy indexes. CON- CLUSIONS I^was found that this evaluation indexes system is quite suitable for evaluating the resident＇s health situation in Kunming and it also needs to perfected in practice.
