摘　　要：随着生活水平的提高及生活方式的改变,儿童肥胖症发生率逐年提高,为此对儿童肥胖症的影响因素及预防方法进行了分析。遗传因素、孕期营养、家庭动机、西方饮食模式、饮食的不良习惯、行为因素、行动方式和中枢神经调节已成为儿童肥胖的重要因素。根据儿童的生长发育特点,制定以运动为基础,以行动矫正为关键的技术,饮食结构调整和健康教育为主导的预防措施,促进儿童健康成长。With advance of standard of living and change of life style, incidence of infant adiposity are improving year after year. So we analyze infection factors and prevention of infant adiposity. Inherit factors, pregnant period norishment, family motivation, west food and drink mode, badness habit of food and drink, action factors, action fashion, nerve centre modulation became important factors of infant adiposity. According to characteristic of infant growth, we constitute technique according to the basic of sport and the key of ac- tion rectification and prevention measures according to the leading of food and drink comfiguration modulation and health education. To promote the infant grow up healthily.
