摘　　要：介绍武汉市智能交通控制中心系统研制的背景和任务、目标及必要性,着重分析系统构建的框架体系,并就系统建设涉及的主要内容及关键技术进行详细说明,最后指出系统建设的成就,对系统的后续完善作了说明与建议,为类似系统的构建提供参考。According to the practice of Wuhan traffic control center＇s construction, The Background and tasks of the system development are introduced. The objective and necessity of the system development are explored. The infrastructure framework of the system is analyzed with specially focused. The relevant main items and key techniques are expatiated. At last, the achievement of system construction is pointed out and suggestions of the system improvement is proposed. The construction of this system can be a reference to a similar system＇s construction.
