摘　　要：首先简述了医学装备新的发展形势,提出了在新的形势下,医学装备也应有新的管理理念。并从管理定位、管理职能、维修管理、资格准入、人才管理、清廉作风等方面对新的管理理念发表了自己的一些想法。The essay describes the new development trend of medical equipment, points out the idea that medical equipment should be in the charge of new concepts under the latest situation, and shows its opinons about managerial orientation,managerial functions,maintainence management,qualification permit, personnel management,and incorruptible working style.
