摘　　要：目的:探讨葛根素治疗急性脑梗死的效果。方法:选择发病6～72 h的急性脑梗死患者240例,随机分为葛根素治疗组120例和低分子右旋糖酐对照组120例,两组治疗前后测定血液流变学指标,并对比研究其疗效。结果:治疗组基本痊愈72例(60%),显著进步36例(30%),总显效(基本痊愈+显著进步)108例(90%),对照组基本痊愈16例(13.3%),显著进步18例(15%),总显效(基本痊愈+显著进步)34例(28.3%)。治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。血液流变学改变,与治疗前比也有显著改善,治疗组优于对照组。结论:葛根素治疗急性脑梗死患者效果显著,且并无严重毒副作用。Purpose：The discussion Kudzu root element treatment acute brain stem dies effect.
