微波并干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价微波和干扰素并用治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效,探讨微波和干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣的作用机制。方法:74例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为2组,治疗组微波治疗后,局部注射干扰素200万单位,隔日一次,共10次。对照组单纯微波治疗。观察两组治疗前后病情变化及复发情况。结果:半年后,治疗组中34例治愈,4例复发。对照组中,23例治愈,13例复发。两组经统计学处理x^2=6.84,P<0.01,两组差异有显著性。结论:微波并干扰素治疗尖锐湿疣,能明显降低复发率,可供临床应用。微波治疗仪精确度高,损伤小,干扰素的作用机制是在局部发挥抗病毒作用及免疫调节作用。Objective：To investigate the treatmental method of condyloma acuminatum with microwave and interferon. Methods：74 condyloma acuminatum patients were randomily divided into tow groups.The treatment group were treated with microwave and interferon, the control group were treated only with Microwave .To observe the effect of the agent. Results：After 6 months, in the treatment group,34 cases were cured, the overall rate was 89.47%; And in the control group,23 cases were cured, the overall rate was 63.89%.There was a significant difference in the overall rate between the tow groups,P〈0.01. Conclusions：Using microwave and interferon to treat condyloma acuminatum proved to be safe and highly effective, and worth to be recommended in clinical application. It is valuable to develop and study more.
