摘　　要：手足口病国内外均有散发、流行病例报道，今年安徽阜阳市出现暴发流行，目前缺乏特异、高效的抗病毒药物。对症和支持治疗是手足口病的主要治疗措施。加强监测，提高监测敏感性是控制本病流行的关键。Objective To investiigate epidemic situation and treatment progress of hand, foot and mouth disease in recent years. Methods Search of the epidemic situation and treatment progress of hand, foot and mouth disease from MEDLINE and CBM discs, summary was employed to evaluate the results of the related research. Results HFMD prevails in part or in many parts of the world, at present it has a peak incidence. HFMD is outbreaking in the city of fuyang Anhui Province. There is not a Specific and Efficient Antiviral drugs at present. Symptomatic and supportive therapy is the major treatment for HFMD. Conclusion There is not a Specific methods of prevention, to strengthen the monitoring and Improve the sensitive of monitoring is the key of the Control of prevalence.
