中药围敷合改良换药法在毒蛇咬伤局部组织损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药围敷合改良换药法在毒蛇咬伤局部组织损伤中的作用，为本治疗方案的最佳护理措施提供依据。方法 将86例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各43例，观察组采用改良方法护理，对照组采用传统方法护理。结果 治疗中，观察组敷药部位皮肤不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈O．01）；在减轻肿胀程度、缩短疼痛时间、降低局部坏死和肢体障碍发生率、缩短疗程等方面均优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论 改良护理方法可提高疗效。Objective Explore the effect of Chinese Encircles spreads and improved dressing law on local tissue injury caused by Snakebite, Provide the basis for Best care measures of the treatment plan. Methods The 86 patients were randomly divided into the observer group and the control group of 43 eases, the Observer group used the improved method care, the control group used traditional methods care. Results In treatment, the skin reactions on treated parts of observer group was lower than the control group （ P 〈0. 01 ） ; On reducing the degree of swelling, shortening the time for the pain. Reducing the local neeroais and incidence of physical barriers, shortening the course of treatment and so on, it is superior to the control group （P 〈0. 01 ） . Conclusion The improved care can improve the curative effect.
